Technicolor Dream Horse

From Westland Giftware Horse of a Different Color Collection,"Technicolor", a Mustang Horse is made of hand-painted resin that measures 6.5" tall. A metal plaque is embedded in the base, showing the title and the exact serial number (out of 10,000). This figurine has white silhouettes of bucking broncos and purple stars standing against a collage of bright colors. The Mustang, the wild horse of North America, is descended from thirty Spanish Mustangs that were reportedly brought to the continent by Christopher Columbus in 1493. Escaped, stolen or released; these horses began to breed, and spread across the West, where today they range in tens of thousands.
